Warranty

If something breaks,
here is what happens

A play mat is there to be stepped on, fallen on and have milk spilled on it. We spell out the lines: what we fix, what we do not, how to apply and who pays shipping, so you never have to guess.

Warranty period

Play mats carry a one-year warranty.

The period is counted from the invoice date, shipping date or delivery date, whichever is most favourable to you.

No invoice needed; your order number or the mobile number you used when ordering is enough.

3-year cover warranty

You can add a 3-year cover warranty to any play mat: three years starting 7 days after payment, with one free cover replacement for any reason, damage or stains included.

  • One plan covers one mat, and it must be bought with the mat: tick the add-on on the play mat page and it is tied to that mat; remove the mat from the cart and the matching plan goes too.
  • How to apply: log in to My account → Warranty → Request a replacement cover and briefly describe the issue. Once the cover ships, the replacement counts as used.
  • Plus NT$600 in coupons: two NT$200-off-NT$2,000 and two NT$100-off-NT$1,000, valid for two years on your own account, one per order, not valid on the warranty plan itself.

What we cover

  • Loose or unravelling stitching
  • The surface layer separating from the core
  • Structural defects in the zip, binding and similar
  • Damage not caused by use

Once confirmed as a manufacturing defect, repaired or replaced free of charge.

What is not covered

  • Cuts, pet scratches or bites, punctures from sharp objects
  • Fading or brittleness from prolonged sun exposure
  • Surface damage from wiping with alcohol, bleach or other harsh liquids
  • Mould from soaking or a persistently damp environment
  • Modifications, cutting or other alterations
  • Marks and wear from normal use
  • Products not bought from our store or an authorised channel

What does not count as a defect

Mass-produced goods have tolerances. The following are not defects:

  • Size variance within 2%
  • Colour specks smaller than 0.5 cm
  • Storage creases (they flatten out naturally within 24–48 hours of being laid out)
  • Slight colour differences between batches
  • Minor unevenness in the stitched edges

How to apply

Add @anbibi on LINE and send three things:

  • Your order number (or the mobile number you used when ordering)
  • Photos: a close-up of the damage plus one of the whole mat
  • A short note: when you noticed it and roughly what happened

We reply within one business day to confirm whether it is covered. If it needs to be sent back, we arrange it.

Shipping and inspection

  • Confirmed defect: we cover shipping both ways.
  • Inspected and found not covered: the inspection fee and return shipping are paid by the applicant. We tell you the amount first and only send it back once you agree.
  • Outlying islands: shipping is quoted separately; ask us on LINE.
