Look at the pictures first; two spots are easy to get backwards　The set has only 1 door panel: when building the pen and the house together, the door goes on the front of the outer pen and the house entrance stays open, so do not add a door to the house.

When attaching the house, face the house entrance: the left side uses top A / bottom B and the right side uses top B / bottom A; the two sides are different.

Below is the full 7-page assembly guide; tap any page to enlarge it. The pictures show the 150 × 180 cm size; other sizes connect the same way with different panel counts.

Pen parts (using the pictured 150 × 180 cm as an example)　50 cm small panels × 10, 86 cm large panel × 1, 86 cm door panel × 1, corner clips top A × 2 / bottom A × 2 / top B × 2 / bottom B × 2, flat clips top × 8 and bottom × 8.

Assembly order (the same for every size)　Lay the four sides flat and join them first: the front is small + door + small, the back is small + large + small, and the left and right are three small panels each; every straight join gets one top and one bottom flat clip. Join all four sides, stand them up, then fit the four corners last.

Checking the panel count　Each size has a different count, so go by the parts list included with your delivery. If the numbers do not match, do not unpack further; send us a photo.

To attach the house　Remove the central 86 cm large panel at the back, point the house entrance into the pen and line it up with the opening, then use corner clips to join the left and right small panels to the sides of the house. Facing the house entrance: top A / bottom B on the left, top B / bottom A on the right, with both top and bottom clips fully seated on each side.

This product is registered with the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection as required, with product safety mark number R57531, and carries the BSMI mark on the product. The four plastic play items (astronaut playpen, dinosaur playpen, car playpen and sensory training set) share this registration number.

Everyday cleaning　Wipe with a soft cloth and water; use a soft brush for gaps and clips.

Stubborn spots　Wipe with diluted mild detergent, then go over it again with a clean damp cloth so nothing is left behind.

Do not　Strong acids, alkalis, bleach, abrasive brushes or steel wool will scratch the surface; do not soak the set and do not rinse it with hot water.

Care　Air-dry after cleaning. Keep it out of prolonged direct sun and away from heaters, which age the plastic and make it brittle sooner.

Delivery

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days by HCT Logistics. This is a large parcel delivered only to the ground-floor entrance, with no carrying upstairs, so please make sure you can move it yourself before ordering. Outlying islands and remote areas cost extra. The box may be slightly scuffed in transit; this does not affect the product.

Warranty and missing parts

This is a plastic product and carries no warranty during use. Within 14 days of delivery, report any missing parts, transit damage or manufacturing defects with photos and we will send replacement parts or exchange it free of charge. After 14 days, deformation or breakage from drops, heavy loads, prolonged sun and other wear is not covered; contact us if you need parts.

Returns and the seven-day review period

Under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act you have a seven-day review period (including holidays). It is not a trial period: returned goods must be in brand-new condition with the product, accessories and inner and outer packaging intact.

Defective or wrong item: report it with photos within seven days of delivery and we cover the return and exchange in full and arrange collection.

Change of mind within seven days (no defect): this is a large, special-delivery item, so return shipping is paid by the buyer, either by taking it to the courier or arranging home collection. Opening it to check the style, size, panel count and accessories does not affect the review period, but please do not let your child use it; scratched, soiled or incomplete items cannot be returned as new.

This product is a home safety aid and does not replace adult supervision. Keep an adult present while in use and regularly check that every joint and safety lock is secure.

Caution

Use on a flat, stable floor; avoid sloping or damp places.
Do not let children climb the playpen or cabinet, and do not put anything inside that they could climb on.
Keep away from fire and heat; destroy the plastic bags or keep them away from children as soon as it is unpacked.

Do not use it

As a stair or balcony safety gate, or leaning against a window.
