Everything the other three do well, in one mat. The core is POE, a different material from PE, with the best support, rebound and cushioning at once. POE is not PE, it is a different material

Step on it barefoot and you feel the plushness first, then the support underneath, and both at once is something only POE can do.

The core of Cloud-Soft is POE, the material used in premium mattresses and running shoe cushioning, which costs far more than the PE family. Support, rebound and cushioning all at once: the other three each trade something off; this one does not.

POE's structure needs no plasticisers, and the material contains no halogens.

Silicone and PU look almost the same in photos; the difference is in the touch:

Water-based PU (the other three mats): smooth and dry.
Silicone (Signature): gentler on skin, soft and plush, silky to the touch.

The Signature has the same water-based antibacterial PU with a layer of 99.84% high-purity silicone on top; that outer layer is what your baby's cheeks, hands and knees press against every day. No organic solvents are used in the process, and it is more durable and resists ageing.

Crumbs, grains of rice, dried milk: their favourite hiding place is a seam. The top is one piece, with no seams to hide in.

The fold lines are on the back, so it lies flat when opened. One wipe can go from one end to the other without stopping or picking at anything.

When your child is asleep or guests are about to arrive, fold it in half along the back fold line and the play mat becomes a seat with a backrest; if you do not want it in the middle of the living room, stand it against a wall and it fits beside the sofa or the bed.

The ST mark is Taiwan's toy safety certification. To earn it, a product must pass the national CNS 4797 series of tests, which cover not just the mat's surface but every part a child can touch. This mark covers the Advanced, Premium and Signature mats.

Who tested what　The ST mark and CNS 4797 series were tested by TCC; the silicone skin's plasticisers and heavy metals by CTI. All figures are from the reports for the samples submitted.

Cleaning and care

Everyday cleaning　A damp cloth or baby wipe with plain water is enough. Do not use alcohol or acidic or alkaline cleaners; they damage the surface.

Stubborn spots　Wipe with water first. If a mark remains, wipe with diluted mild detergent, then go over it with a clean damp cloth so nothing is left behind.

When you need to disinfect　If someone at home has a cold or you want a one-off disinfection, neutral hypochlorous acid water (HOCl) will not harm the surface. Spray evenly, leave for 30 seconds, and wipe with water afterwards if you like.

Drying and care　Air-dry after cleaning. Keep it out of direct sun, away from heaters and fan heaters, and never on underfloor heating or an electric blanket. Before using any cleaner for the first time, test it on an inconspicuous corner.

Delivery · warranty · returns

Delivery

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days by HCT Logistics. This is a large parcel (length + width + height over 150 cm) delivered only to the ground-floor entrance, with no carrying upstairs, so please make sure you can move it yourself before ordering. Outlying islands and remote areas cost extra. The box may be slightly scuffed in transit; this does not affect the product.

Warranty

One year against non-user-caused damage. If a manufacturing defect such as delamination or a stitching problem appears under normal use, just contact us. Peeling or discolouration caused by alcohol, bleach or strong acid or alkaline cleaners is improper cleaning and is not covered.

Returns and the seven-day review period

Under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act you have a seven-day review period (including holidays). It is not a trial period: returned goods must be in brand-new condition with the product, accessories and inner and outer packaging intact.

Defective or wrong item: report it with photos within seven days of delivery and we cover the return and exchange in full and arrange collection.

Change of mind within seven days (no defect): this is a large, special-delivery item, so return shipping is paid by the buyer, either by taking it to the courier or arranging home collection. Custom-made items are excluded from the seven-day review period.

Use and safety

For children's play, crawling and first steps. Adult supervision recommended. Keep away from fire and high heat to avoid deformation. Check that the surface is flat and undamaged before use.

Caution

This is not a fall-protection mat; do not use it at height or for jumping.
To avoid suffocation risk, destroy the plastic bags or keep them away from children as soon as it is unpacked.
Keep an adult present during use.

Do not use it

On underfloor heating, electric blankets or any heating equipment. The foam deforms with heat and its properties may change.

Homes with pets

Fine to use, but the surface is not cat-scratch-proof; claws leave scratches or tears, which are not covered by the warranty. Wipe up pet mess straight away and do not let it sit on the surface.

We can make it to order. Tell us the length, width and colour you want and we will reply with a quote and lead time. Custom items take about 1–2 extra business days to prepare.

Under Article 19(2) of the Consumer Protection Act, custom-made goods are excluded from the seven-day review period.

We do not think of the Essential as the lesser one. All four are foams we make ourselves, each suited to different situations, and explaining the difference clearly matters more.

The Essential was submitted for every test except flame resistance, and passed every one. It has no ST mark because EPE would need an added flame retardant to pass, and we chose not to add one. That is a choice, not a limitation.
