Designed around the height a toddler moves at, so a child pulling up to stand is still inside the rails. The four corners lock into a ring with corner clips, so it does not shift easily even when pushed on while standing.

The bars are about 5.5 cm apart: you can see in from outside, and small hands and feet do not get stuck. The corners are rounded so a bump does not hurt, and every straight join is held by top and bottom flat clips.

The door panel has a 3D astronaut design and the latch sits on the outside, so an adult opens it with one hand while a child inside cannot easily open it. It is the only designed panel in the set; the rest are plain warm white.

Sizes are inner dimensions, the space inside the pen, so a play mat in the same size fills it exactly. All thirteen sizes are in stock; if you are not sure how big to go, tell us the length and width of the space and we will work it out.

The panels are HDPE (high-density polyethylene), BPA-free. The surface is smooth with no rough edges; a sponge and soapy water keeps it clean day to day, and a regular check for damage is all it needs.

Assembly guide

Look at the picture first: the four corners are the easiest to fit the wrong way round　Stand facing the door panel: front-left corner uses “top A / bottom B”, front-right uses “top B / bottom A”, back-left uses “top B / bottom A” and back-right uses “top A / bottom B”. The top and bottom clips on one corner must be used as a pair.

Four kinds of panel　Door panel, long panel, short panel and end panel, plus the corner clips (top A / bottom A / top B / bottom B) and the flat clips (top / bottom) for straight joins. The pen is 61 cm tall; the exact size of each panel is in the Specifications above.

Assembly order (the same for every size)　Lay the four sides flat and connect them first, with one top and one bottom flat clip at every straight join; stand the sides up once all four are joined, then fit the four corners last.

Checking the panel count　The count differs by size, so go by the parts list included with your delivery. If the numbers do not add up, do not open the packaging; just send us a photo.

This product is registered with the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection as required, with product safety mark number R57531, and carries the BSMI mark on the product. The four plastic play items (astronaut playpen, dinosaur playpen, car playpen and sensory training set) share this registration number.

Cleaning and care

Everyday cleaning　Wipe with a soft cloth and water; use a soft brush for gaps and clips.

Stubborn spots　Wipe with diluted mild detergent, then go over it again with a clean damp cloth so nothing is left behind.

Do not　Strong acids, alkalis, bleach, abrasive brushes or steel wool will scratch the surface; do not soak the set and do not rinse it with hot water.

Care　Air-dry after cleaning. Keep it out of prolonged direct sun and away from heaters, which age the plastic and make it brittle sooner.

Delivery · warranty · returns

Delivery

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days by HCT Logistics. This is a large parcel delivered only to the ground-floor entrance, with no carrying upstairs, so please make sure you can move it yourself before ordering. Outlying islands and remote areas cost extra. The box may be slightly scuffed in transit; this does not affect the product.

Warranty and missing parts

This is a plastic product and carries no warranty during use. Within 14 days of delivery, report any missing parts, transit damage or manufacturing defects with photos and we will send replacement parts or exchange it free of charge. After 14 days, deformation or breakage from drops, heavy loads, prolonged sun and other wear is not covered; contact us if you need parts.

Returns and the seven-day review period

Under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act you have a seven-day review period (including holidays). It is not a trial period: returned goods must be in brand-new condition with the product, accessories and inner and outer packaging intact.

Defective or wrong item: report it with photos within seven days of delivery and we cover the return and exchange in full and arrange collection.

Change of mind within seven days (no defect): this is a large, special-delivery item, so return shipping is paid by the buyer, either by taking it to the courier or arranging home collection. Opening it to check the style, size, panel count and accessories does not affect the review period, but please do not let your child use it; scratched, soiled or incomplete items cannot be returned as new.

Use and safety

This product is a home safety aid and does not replace adult supervision. Keep an adult present while in use and regularly check that every joint and safety lock is secure.

Caution

Use on a flat, stable floor; avoid sloping or damp places.
Do not let children climb, stand on or shake the playpen, and do not put anything inside that they could climb on.
Keep away from fire and heat; destroy the plastic bags or keep them away from children as soon as it is unpacked.

Do not use it

As a stair or balcony safety gate, or leaning against a window.
